Appointment Reminders
An appointment reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment via SMS and Email.
The appointment date and time displayed in the reminder SMS/Email is the final appointment time. When confirming your appointment, you are confirming to the allocated time, price and appointment type. Change of mind for service type at the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.
You will be required to confirm your appointment via SMS
Appointments not confirmed will result in a cancellation.
Late to your appointment
We want you leaving happy with the best results - this means we will require you to be on time.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not rush services or purposely run the next client late
While there is no fee for more than 15 mins late, we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to consider you a 'no show'.
In this instance, you will be charged the 'no show' fee. LASH BUNNY is not responsible for late arrivals.
Should we have the time to extend the treatment, you will be charged accordingly per additional hour.
No shows will be charged 100% value of the appointment.
Managing your appointment/Rescheduling + Cancelling
Booking fees are non refundable but can be transferred up until 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduled appointments within 48 hours forfeit the booking fee and may be charged as a late cancellation.
If you can no longer make your appointment, you are more than welcome to send someone else in to fill in your spot.
Last minute cancellations (within 24 hours notice) and No shows will incur 100% charge equal to value of the appt.
Please note - due to lack of manpower, rescheduling/cancellation your appointment runs the risk of not being able to secure another appointment in your desired time slot.
Rescheduling/Cancelling a RECURRING appointment
If you are on a recurring appointment and need to reschedule, please note you may be required to wait until your next scheduled date to have the service fulfilled.
Account Balance
In the event that the card on file is not accepted for a late cancellation/No show appointment, then an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to 0 before receiving further services.
Appointment Guarantee
If we at LASH BUNNY do not offer scheduled clients 48 hours notice prior to necessary cancellation or rescheduling of services, we will credit the clients account 50% value of the appointment, which may be used for future services or products. Natural disasters and other situations may be discluded from the guarantee.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
β Please be on time to your appointment. If you are early to your appointment, please wait in the car until your appointment time.
β Your natural lash health is my top priority! This means that I will only place extensions that are the appropriate weight and length for your lashes. Many times this is not what you are used to from previous artists. Sometimes we have to choose between long or full. Please respect this! If you demand what your lashes canβt support, I will cancel your appointment.
β Please arrive with NO eye makeup on and clean eyes. Makeup removal will incur a $10 charge.
β No lash lifts within 8 weeks of your eyelash extension appointment. Failure to let us know prior will result in termination of appointment and cancellation policy will apply.
β Please avoid caffeine before your appointment.
β 1 person per treatment, please do not bring guests.
β Please turn your phone on silent for your treatment. Time used answering phone calls/accomodating to other priorities during your appointment will result in a reduced appointment time.
β Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or showing any signs of sickness, we will refuse service if we believe you are showing any symptoms of sickness. Cancellation policy will apply.

We do accomodate foreign fills but before we proceed, we need a bit more info.
When completing a foreign fill, it is our obligation to know:
β Where the current set is from
β Why you are not happy with the current set
β If you know what lengths and curl they currently have on
β What shape the previous artist did on you
β Images of the current set
β If they are painful
In order to qualify as a foreign fill:
β Your lashes will still need to be assessed at the appointment
β The lashes you currently have on will need to meet a certain standard and if they donβt meet our standard/theyβre not applied well, you will need to do a full removal and new full set at your expense.
Since the set is not 100% ours, it is hard to guarentee great retention or to nail the styling. Due to this, we cannot accomodate any free 3 day touch ups. It may take 2-3 appointments for the set to be 100% our work and styled correctly.
All foreign fills must be booked in as a full set. All foreign fills will be charged accordingly should the set meet our minimum requirements

We want you leaving happy with the best lashes EVER. If you are unhappy with the results of your appointment, we encourage you to communicate this with us so we can fix these for you ASAP.
Free 3 Day touch up
We do everything in our power to ensure long lasting retention but sometimes fall out within the first 3 days may be related to factors out of our control. If you are experiencing abnormal fall out within the first 3 days, please reach out ASAP. We will slot you in to a complimentary 30 min touch up and will figure out where we went wrong. No communication within the first 72 hours will require an infill booking.
LASHCARE
Always:
* Keep your lashes clean by properly removing all makeup daily and treating them to a lash wash (instructions below)<br>
* Brush your lashes daily with a disposable mascara wand or use the cool and low setting on your hairdryer to fan them back into place
Donβt:
* Use oil based products around your eyes. Only use water based eyemakeup remover
* Use an eyelash curler or mascara
* Rub, pull, scratch or play with your lashes. Doing so could permanantly damage your natural lashes.
Lash Wash
Put pea size amount of cleanser in the palm of your hand and mix with water into a lather. Gently cleanse eye area and rinse off with water.
Maintenance
The natural life cycle of a lash is approximately 60-90 days. To keep your lashes looking the best , we recommend infills every 2-4 weeks
IRRITATION + ALLERGIC REACTIONS
It is normal to have minor redness/irritation after your lash appt. Although we use the highest quality products, we must understand that our eye area is delicate. If symptoms do not subside within 1-2 days, we recommend you visit a health care professional. In the case of an allergic reaction, we will offer a complimentary removal once provided with doctors certificate.
What an allergic reaction to the glue looks like:
- swelling
- redness
- itchiness
- blood shot eyes
T&C's:
You will not be required to use the voucher on consecutive fills. Should you take a break from eyelash extensions, your voucher will be redeemable on a future 3 week fill within 6 months from purchase date. **
Gift cards & Packages cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes
Cancellation Policy still applies should you cancel late/No Show. The amount equal to the value of your appointment will be deducted from the balance of your voucher.
